I dont mind we have more of this kind of short trip during the weekends although it is really tiring ==
Without any advanced plan, Bean asked me to join her with her Japanese fren - Rika for a weekend getaway at Port Dickson.
Not having a long thought, I immediately said yes because it must be FUN!! hehe, and I was right.
We started our trip by picking up Rika from her condo at Desa park, then continued with the road trip to PD.
Rika was Bean's Uni mate who she met in Shanghai, this beautiful lady can speak well mandarin, hence there is no communication problem between all of us.
Apparently she is from Chiba, where's Aiba from! (ok, out of Arashi topic, I am just getting a little excited to find someone from where Aiba Masaki from lol).
Our first stop is at Lukut, actually not far away to Port Dickson, but we stopped here because of the famous Lucky King Bun.
How lucky we are? Learn yourself from the photos:
This bun is super huge, and is not like any ordinary bun, after peel off the bun, it contains curry chicken within!
I must praise the boss as the portion is very generous, there are so many chicken in the curry!
Curry itself taste good, spiciness is not too intense, and chicken is tender enough, it's really pair well with the soft bun.
Of cause I wouldnt miss out the coconut drink~
After the massive lunch, we departed to the next pit stop - 3D Art Museum.
The museum actually just newly opened in Lukut, but it contains 150 pcs of artwork in this 3- storey, 2 merged blocks building.
We had lots of fun here, is feel like after having a massive hardwork in gym because we climb, jump, squard, sit, stand, and pose =S, but we truly enjoying the time we spent here.
Life is too boring, so we need to have more fun! Why not increasing some drama in life?
For example: attacked by a huge snake while sailing in the sea?
Or suddenly turned into a giant?! Rika: " Oh no, please dont eat me, i'll be your slave!!"
Or I might have teleport ability, here I come, Santorini!
Oh, I even can bull fighting in Spain~
The most unexplained thing in the world definitely is our imagination~
Avatar alive here~
Oh I met Johnny Depp! Nah...just having high tea with Mad Hatter, agree or not? Alice.....
Even you want to participate in the Madagascar....you can do here~
Oh....trapped.....
Life of Pi? Life of mine.....
Not hard to kiss the moon,
or lye on the moon....Fly me to the moon~~
Oh dinasour attack!!
another second, I am in the transformer battlefield, HELP!!
Who told you I must be a good girl, I can be the antagonist in the imaginary world.
Oh, I even can surf here!
American horror story airing here....but more like a comedy lol
Here's what I am talking about, climbing at the edge~ it's so easy here, because you just need to use some imagination and skill
Skydive? Not a problem~ (though i really wish i can acheive the real one someday)
Oh from Santorini to some small town in Europe, my teleport ability works well~
Or some humor....spiderman: " WHAT ARE U DOING!!!"
Jump with Kung fu Panda~
better than Rika being kicked~
Bean: "save me!!"
You wouldn't believe this!!!
Lost in Egypt?
Trapped....again~
anything can happen here!!
Giant attack!!
now who is the giant? XD
What the heck!!! no bean!!!
Rika: " I want some teh tarik too"
I realized Rika is really amazing in potraiting in those artwork, Bean and I were so shy at first, but after impressed by Rika, both us let go and also enjoying our crazy self.
One good thing about these 3D artwork: you have to release yourself, and explore all the possibilities you can do!
We spent almost 2 hrs here, it is really worthy~ Then, is time to check in at our 1 night "villa"
I booked tonight's acco via air bnb, at the Lexis luxury condo where I think is really a good stay~
There are 2 queen sized bed in this big unit.
The shower room is also looks luxurious, with jacuzzi facilities~
only thing that i wanna complain is the light in the shower room actually broken, and we receive no response when calling the house lady to fix it. We basically shower in the dark ==
In the evening, we went to Tanjung Tuan to hike to cape Rachado, luckily the hike is not steep, i can acheive with just wearing slipper =P
After passing all the forest area, we saw the cape and the light house
Too bad the light house was closed and prohiited to be visited, but we actually still can view the sun set at the surrounding area.
Beautiful isnt it?
The night is still young, we were thinking to have KFC for dinner but happenly passed by the Malays local night market in PD.
So why not show some food and cultural difference to our foreign fren?
It is actually not just for Rika, I also encountered some food that first time saw in life - like this bamboo mayam...
I heard about putu mayam but bamboo mayam...it is the first time though i actually never even eaten putu mayam
We ordered some, but the taste to us is really weird. We could not tell whether it is dessert or savoury snack.
It is made of rice flour and coconut, contains sugar Malacca, but the coconut rice flour is quite savoury.
also saw this seems high calories lamb marrow dish, but dint order cz is too weird lol.
keropok lekor is definitely not to be missed!
That's tonight dinner, with a bit nimble here and there.
Back to our luxurious condo, Bean and I took a short walk around the compartment while Rika want to have some quiet night in the room.
This is what our balcony facing off, and also where we took our walk,...in those tiny corridors of these villa on the sea.
This is hw our condo looks like in the dark, we stayed in the fifth floor.
Guess what, I even spot fishes in the sea! There are lots of them, no wonder many people fishing here =)
That's the first night....looking forward for the Malacca stop tomorrow =)
