I posted a similar post last year, after 1 year, i still receiving souvenirs on and off =D Thank you~

Here you go for the part 2, those presents i was gifted in the past year. 

First, is the post card from Sze Ying, i guess now Sze Ying and Karen are the only frieds who will send me postcard. =) 

This card is posted by Sze when she still working in Germany. So happy to receive it =D

I personally really love to receive postcard, is like expecting something good coming in life =) 

However, I cant expect everyone to post me postcard, that's why i just send myself postcard, especially in this case, i could have the postcard i liked =) 

But, to me, able to receive postcard from others is a surprise =) 

Next, is the omamori that gifted by Kok Chin actually in 2015. But that time i did not take the photo, so post this time. 

This year i also received another one from Kok Chin during his trip to tokyo =)

Next, is the bag i received from my sister in law, actually is more on my request lol.

She bought me this bag during her honeymoon trip with my brother in Korea, she actually also helped me bought lots of facial care products but I did pay for those products while not for this bag.

I quite like this bag, blue in color, matched me so well =) I actually treat it as my travel bag, had brought it with me during my Kansai trip last year, Chiang Mai 2 months ago and will bring it to Korea this year too ^^

Then, these are from Ing Bean, she gifted me last year while she travelled to Korea and Taiwan in the same year! 

Korea is mainly masks, but there is one special gift which only i had while others did not =) 

This one: 

This is a lip balm, in banana shape, so cute =) Actually i did not use lip balm, but somehow lately realized i actually need to take care my lips. 

Then, for the taiwan part, is the famous Gudetama, actually i do not understand why it so famous, and also not really a fan, but i know bean like it very much~

Thank god that Gudetama is a mask, at least i still can use, kok chin gave me a Gudetama model which i really don't know what to do with it except placing it in my room. ==

The other two is a bookmark and a sticker. This bookmark is actually the same as the postcard Bean sent to me as below, so detailed =) 

Actually Bean bought me a similar bookmark during high school when she travelled Taiwan. 

 

Next, mostly is the souvenirs i received from colleagues. 

The one on the left are from Poi Yee while she had business trip with Ms Foong in UK, while Ms Foong's one is on the right. 

The middle one is from Hui Bee, she also returned to UK  for trip. Hmmm, i wonder when i could back NZ for trip.....

Next, the left with my name on the keychain is gifted by Ching Yee when she travelled to Boracay, the middle is from Yen, my ex-colleague of current company while he gone to Japan. While on the right, it had been a while, it was from Karen when she travelled to HK for business trip, actually was like maybe 2 years ago. 

Next I guess is from Tristan, my current GM, while he back home, NZ. Whittakers chocolate and honey lozenges, not sure if is manuka honey though.

The Whittakers easter chocolate was so gooood!! Arh, i really miss NZ! 

Next, i posted this last time, Karen bought me this when she travelled to Kansai after me last year. 

The sake version kit kat was not bad, but i still prefer the red bean version =) 

This is given by my sister law this year while she travelled to Taiwan with my brother and my cute niece. I love it so much, such a cute present. 

Next is the gift from Kok chin last month, after tasting them lol. All are doraemon selection snacks~

Actually taste is just so so, i think is more about the packaging. 

This cookies is also very normal, nothing special except for the packaging.

Similarly, nothing really need to be shout about. 

Next, is the recent gift by Nancy while she travelled to Hat Yai, Thailand, another pouch for me. 

At the same time, my boss also travelled to Bangkok, and I picked this from her range of souvenirs.

It is a clip but with little girl on it. 

Then this Gudetama is from Kok Chin, i was kinda speechless when receive this because i really not a fan of Gudetama. Oh well, thanks anyway

But i like this Taiwan souvenir from Catherine. Is a cute taipei 101 magnet.

I now pin it on my little board place beside my bed. 

Then, this was received from Pek Shan, it is actually a sample she received when she travelled korea for business trip.

I havent tried out yet, but i picked this instead of masks or other facial care sample because foot spray seems more rarely find. 

These were received way earlier, maybe 2 years ago from Yimei when she travelled to Korea and Bali. 

This is also from Korea, by Ching Yee. 

Then this is given by Karen, she knew how i love totoro XD

I had been thinking to buy myself a totoro luggage tag, and she kinda hear me lol. 

Then, this is from Hui Bee which is also 2 years ago i think, she bought from Taiwan.

The other gifts from Taiwan, from top is a magnet/bookmark by Siew Teng, while the rest is by Kok Chin. 

Then another souvenir from Taiwan, by my brother, which is also few years ago. But the eiffel tower keychain is from Yimei when she travelled to France long time ago. 

That's all for now, i think there will be more souvenirs in the future, keep it up for part 3 =)

yeah I am so happy today, got to meet Ing Bean tonight and finally got my long waited present! 

first of all, i would like to share how the morning glory shine my day this morning!

the morning glory growing wildly along the fence at my company parking area. Luckily I just parked beside them this morning, and their beautiful blooming scene really lighten my day~

Then tonight, another favourite lightened my night, thank you bean!!

I had been waiting my favourite band - Mayday releasing their new album since their last album in 2011. 

Finally they come ! 

I actually asked bean to get this from me all the way from Taiwan during her visit in Taiwan.

Well, she also got herself one, and this is a limited early bird edition =P 

 

We met at comic cafe tonight, thought their big breakfast was good but i was wrong.

I think I would not pay another visit to this place again....

Then, is time to reveal the present after reaching home. 

My cinnamon roll also take part for the opening session =)

It was a nice packaging, wrapped well, packed nicely, and also come with a box of Mayday 9th album special bookmarks. 

The CD has a sky design, really looking refreshing and high quality. 

 

Apparently the early bird limited edition was thicker than the normal edition. 

Another good thing I wanna share is about their concert!

Finally i am having the chance to watch their concert in Malaysia! 

Yes, i have bought it, oops, i should thank bean again, she went to Paradigm mall super early and line up crazily to get the VVIP ticket.

Cant wait!! 

Ohh wah, I bought so many stuffs today which you wouldnt believe!

Popular book store is having 3-continuos days book and stationary sales, all items have at least 25% deduct for member price.

It was a hard choice to pick the right book, and I only have 1 hr lunch time to settle the shopping cart and also my lunch.

Last, I have made my wise decision for the following books:

The english selections....I struggled to pick the right novel because I am not really an english book reader, but i decided to read more english book after reading Mitch Albom's <Tuesday with Morris>

Hence, Mitch Albom's novel is a must-buy-item.

Jodi Picoult's book is also not to be missed, and Stephen King, an author who I heard many times from frens around, I also wish to read his novel.

 

Then, after my last Jimmy's book which I bought in high school, I finally buying his other publications.

This time, I bought 5 in 1 goal!

 

And, I also have bought this!!! Yeah MAYDAY!!!!

My last Mayday's album was during 2005...oh my...

DOnt get me wrong, I am expert in every single song that had been released after 2005, just didnt manage to buy their album since I already moved to NZ that time.

But, I think it is worth to get back on track for their collection, I may collect the other that had missed and also those coming soon. =)

 

Now, hopefully I have spare time for these books~~

 

Finally I am writting up this blog post, to welcome the new "Tan" member in the house - Loey.

I had been talking about her since last year, and mentioned bout her sometimes too in my blog.

 

She is such a lovely girl that stole your heart easily, she is such an abdorable little angel but sometime would make us "suffered". 

Why I said so, because she is too cute to play with, at the same time, too innocent to decline.

Hence, we have to keep an eye watching her all time, all of us changed over to superhero just to be her body guard.

My brother married my sister in law in summer 2014, and Loey came around August.

She had been staying with us until May last year before my brother and his new family moved into their new house.

I still can recall how she entertained us or annoyed us (but we enjoyed being annoyed lol), hence everytime she visit us now since she moved out, we always happily looking forward for it. 

 

When she was about 3 months old. My dad pampered her sooooooooo much, i can feel how he pampered me when I was as young as Loey. 

Such a chubby lovely girl~ 

At least looks like a girl when putting on skirt, Loey was turning 9 mths old during this time.

1 mth before her birthday! Look at her, she almost changed in her look!

And after her birthday, she turned into a boss~~~

Girl, please stay happpy always!

 

Well, if compared to 2 yrs ago, the Minions' heat actually is not that big fuss anymore.

Perhaps it was because people get bored easily? 

But who cares, I love minions! They are so cute, and their action always made my day!

I had watched the latest minions movie with Bean just now, similar like what described by others, all the LOL scene was cut into trailer, but I couldnt help to watch them and laugh again =D

It was entertaining, and I dint expect it turns out as a good movie upon my step into the cinema.

As long as I could forget the reality and threw all my stress and problems at the back within that 1 hr plus, I dont care and enjoy the show.

McD's actually launched all the limited Minions toys earlier before the movie releasing, and this time they also only have limited stock no matter for toys or the surprisingly well made banana pie.

This is what I am talking about, believe or not, I couldnt get a chance to buy myself one because it all sold out!

Thanks to my colleague who bought it and shared with us, the banana filling is rich and well matched with the crispy pastry.

Then this is also the only toy I bought which got from happy meal, the singing Stuart~ 

Haha I recalled how he called guitar - hukulele lol.

This small toy had invaded my office!, just beside my small eiffel tower =)

Happy meals nowadays actually are better than old days, at least they offer fillet o fish burger, and variety between bowl of corn or fries.

FYI: I actually enjoyed having food in the car =P

昨天一整天在寻找巴黎，埃菲尔铁塔的资料，图片
简直是。。。。疯狂！


大家应该又注意到我的部落格吧？？哈哈，我在大肆炫耀埃菲尔铁塔！
话说回来，开了无名小站3年才懂如何自己设计版面。。。。失败。。。
但现在看到自己喜欢的版面，哈哈超开心！
国振告诉过我，那就是一堆烂铁
刚去法国的意媚也说，那并没什么。。。
可是我就是喜欢啊，我就是没去过阿！
我就觉得埃菲尔铁塔很漂亮，很有艺术的气味，然后巴黎很浪漫！
我还疯狂喜欢巴黎铁塔的相关物品
本人没有几个，只有一条巴黎铁塔的项链。。。那也是我的至爱！
我知道equip还有一些巴黎铁塔的相关饰品，然后typo也是有铁塔的文具。。。
但是都很贵 ORZ 为什么？？

除了铁塔外，我觉得巴黎就整个很优雅的感觉。。。
然后现在对法国的一切感兴趣了
突然就整个热情地向往法国了！
哈哈，其实巴黎真的是很多人的梦想之都！



基本上巴黎是至上！

我现在还很喜欢法国的macaron!还有法国甜品，我的妈啊！

然后J'aime Les Macaron则是在纽西兰唯一有卖macaron的商店，如果订购运送的话超级无敌贵
幸好在奥克兰有唯一一间专卖店，所以一定会去的！<3

Finally i successfully watched 200 pounds beauty…hehe…really need thks my fren who accompany me…thks so much…she dint know my home location but still fetch me back safety in front my house!!!haha^^ she really good in roads…. i think….

today both of us like having a tour to korea, we watched korean movie, ate korean food, keep on talking korean pp, singers( of cz most time is around TVfXQ!!!!) akakaka…..^^
200 pounds beauty is awesome!!!! mayb is the movie effect, the actress is so beautiful, like chinese call it the woman who own an angel’s face but devil’s body!!!! But, indeed, Kim A-joong really very beautiful…and successful play the role and finally she was paid with an great award for her acting!!!
the movie is not bad… quite touching, she said she cried…so do I, but juz 2~ 3 drops of tears, last time King Kong is more than tat!!!!

then, let me talk about the food!!! wow, i thought i cun take the korean food the 1st time, but really tasty….
i am addicted to the delicous kimchi seafood soup( better than tomyam!!!!), the kimchi pancake is yummy!!!! i think it is more worth than japanese food, sincerely!!!!

GOD!!! a great memory today….really thks her so much!!!! hahaha^^
