Step up for new mission!
Yes, finally the mission begins! Why do i name it a mission, because it obviously is a mission, and is a mission to be accomplished but not impossible! Haha, my diet plan started! The peer pressure in Malaysia was the motivation, and i did was a skinny girl before, with less than 45kg, and looked what had happened on me? my diet plan which I attached right beside the mirror!
The journey to NZ was tough, but the fat just accumulated so easily, my stomach just so well tolerated with those junky, oily, nasty foods, and turned myself into a big fatty! Damn it, and I really dislike myself while i looked into the mirror~ Sincerely, i need to attach one of my previous skinny body image to build up more pressure to force myself on diet. There are so many barriers to slow down my diet: laziness, environment, attraction I am known with my hard-working attitude in high school, but to be honest with u, I am just lazy except for the school-works. I am lazy to go out, lazy to work, lazy to cook....believe me, i am getting better. In the old days, i even lazy to take shower and sleep~ I was having a very weird thought: sleeping is just wasting time..... Hellllll NO! I need it nowwwwwwwwwww. Ok, so i need to put in my effort now: Sport! Yeah. It begins from Massey. But I am still considering before, so i didn’t join the membership. 200 dollars for 4 months is still way to expensive for me. Therefore, i decided to give it a try first, see how the body step class going... And so nice of ping’s supervisor, she gave me a free class voucher! ^^ I don’t need to spend 10 dollar for my trial, so why not?? my expectation: it’s probably is like aerobic exercise? Move my body alot, and i will sweat like hell?? The outcome: It used a stair-case device, and basically u move your body by stepping the stair-case on and off (depending on the moving pattern), so it used up mostly the leg muscle. And overall, is actually very interesting and lots of fun. Side-effects: TIRED!! And sore legs!! Well, since i have long time dint attach myself to sport activity (the last time i ran on my flat’s free treadmill was ages ago! Last tramping was last year, *cough*), this is usual~ So as a result, from next week, i will join the membership, used up the massey recreation center as much as I can. Why next week? Well, because, I will go Auckland this coming Friday! And the body-step classes only run on Monday and Friday which the time is suitable for my working schedule. So step up for beautiful and healthy life!

foodies over the weekend
I dint started my diet this past few days, and I ate too much over the weekend, so next week, next week.....(gosh viv, make sure u do)
SO I made mango lassi yesterday, finally! yea, cz I got a free yogurt sample from Ping (some ppl's leftover after the experiment), no worries, they are hygiene, and fresh and must be consumed immediately! The good thing is they are the most "raw" one, as no sugar, fat was added, good! And to finish whole container of yogurt in one goal, here's come my mango lassi! Just simply blend the canned mango (and they are no fresh one here), with the yogurt and I personally added milk to make it smoothier~
Guess what, this is the mcflurry! NZ version, so small, and they served in paper box! I so afraid they will all melt and leak.....NZ Mcd just lauched this mcflurry last yr (believe or nt), and they come with 4 flavors, but without the favourite oreo flavor in Malaysia!! I tried the double chocolate fudge, it was alright, I still missed the oreo mcflurry back home....
and chicken deluxe! They actually put bacon and cheese inside, I think they gave me extra....lucky??
and sushi for dinner tonight! with vege wrap (also from the sushi stall) =D

Inspired from Bella~
Finally, yes I meant it this time, I had dinner with Nicole at Bella cafe successfully Being rated as the top restaurant in Palmy, having dinner at Bella was very delightful The waitress had a sweet mouth, we had decided to order extra entree which we didn’t willing to at first. So in the end, we order 2 entrees, 2 mains and shared a dessert. Here’s come my entree, the special soup tonight – seafood chowder!
I always am a big fan of seafood, especially for the seafood chowder, totally irritable! This chowder was very rich, both in flavours and content. You can basically fill up a mouthful of scallop and shrimp in every spoon. I was surprised that it comes with a big full bowl, which already filled up my empty gut in the half way.
Nicole’s calamari was just amazing! The way it cooked was so ultimate, and different from other place that I have tasted, the calamari was so fresh, juicy and soft! I am not sure how those calamari being cooked, well, the description was way too complicated to remember, but definitely not pan-fried~
Actually there’s a long wait before the meals were served, well, but it was worthy to wait for such a great meal. And this was my main,
Pan Fried Venision Filler: Resting on steamed spinach and kumara hash with honey roasted blue cheese figs and tomato scented jus!
I was clueless when I was asked how would I like my venision fillet to be cooked, this was like my first time being asked this type of question when I ordered for venison. Well, basically I thought venison must be fully cooked, and I had a mind-set that venison fillet is hard.... I was so wrong, and now I know venison is better to eat in medium-rear, and it was tender and juicy! Being advised by Nicole that it might be bloody, but hell no! Not bloody at all, come on, I had tasted someone’s proudly home-made ¼ cooked beef fillet, that’s really worst... The tomato scented jus was familiar, i must had eaten somewhere. Oh well, 3 venision fillets were definitely, easily made me full, moreover I have started diet~ But anyway, I couldn’t resist dessert! How could I skip the final sweetness after 2 great course?! Nicole was right, i might just feel emptiness if i left dessert behind.... Therefore, ehmmm....we decided to share one~
Coconut Pannacotta:
with Malibu Infused Mango Salsa, Coconut Macaroons & Whipped Cream
The macaroon was different from our favourite French’s macaroon, so more like just a description. It’s actually a failure for the "macaroon" but, still a huge thumb for the soft and creamy panacota. Thanks Nicole for being my company for such a great meal, yeah, we are foodie buddy! LOL Note: I paid for my all 3-course meal (including the dessert) for just around NZD60, and the portion size was massively huge! (for ladies to be specific). Please do come for a try!
