Today was a good day, though i really very struggled to wake up in the early morning, not for run, but for drive.
Drove to Huey Yee's hse at TTDI early in the morning around 7.20am, then ride on Huey Yee's car to KL pudu area to meet wann zhen!
Finally she is back in Malaysia, after 2 years!
KL's bak kut teh was really bad, totally uncomparable with Klang's, really have no idea why this restaurant we visited was so popular.
But i enjoyed my morning with Wann Zhen, it was worth to have lack sleeps and woke up early in the morning to spare time with her.
We went to Mid Valley after breakfast, while Wann Zhen and her fiance only stayed for a wee while.
At least we finally have a photo~
So sad she only stayed for a short while in KL, but really appreciated she come to meet us once touched down Malaysia land from NZ.
We used to be very close while I was at NZ, and we still very close now, endless topic, endless conversation.
What made me happy was she finally getting married (tho she ald registered with her fiance 2 years ago), and Huey Yee and I will be her bride maids this time!
It will be 2 weeks later, and we will go down south to be by her side all time, witness her wedding and sharing the memorable moments.
I am truly happy for you.
Huey Yee and I continued shopping at Mid Valley after wann zhen's departure back to her home at Johor.
I went to Digi store, was hoping mayb can find a rose gold Iphone 7, but it is still out of stock! Wonder when I am able to switch to the new toy...hmmmm.
So, i dint get a new phone at the end, but managed to get a comfy sandal which i had been looking out these past few months.
My sandals, ballet flats were either torn or cracked in the past year which really annoying and frustrating.
Wearing a shoes or sneaker in Malaysia is suffering because of the hot weather, i finally come to make up a mind to buy a comfy and quality sandals even it maybe pricy.
I went to Birkenstork at first, but really cant help with spending more than 300 for a pair of thongs.
Ended up, i saw something really nice in looking but also comfy in wearing - Hush Puppies!
Nothing caught me when i went to their store last time, but their sales item at the Aeon Department store was having 50% off sales with nice looking selections.
This was what i purchased and I am happy with it.
Lunch was korean meal at Kyung Joo restaurant, menu was attractive but the meal was really small.
Luckily I found shrimp inside the tofu jiggae. =D
