We woke up very early this morning to witness the gate crushing at Pek Shan house.

Then, we drove to the church for the following wedding ceremony because the groom is a catholic. This is also my first time to attend a wedding ceremony in a church.

The ceremony is quite long and slightly boring for me, but definitely memorable for Pek Shan.

Wai Ee finally make it for the photo session at outside the church, she was rushing from Klang valley to Melaka by taking bus and changing taxi to the venue.

The Church ceremony ended around 1pm, following by a wedding lunch buffet at the groom’s house. Pek Shan’s husband, Desmond is a baba, his mum prepared so many yummy nyonya dishes, they are so tasty, can bit all those nyonya food selling out there.

Of course, our dessert stomach was further fixed at The Daily Fix café at Jonker walk.

We waited almost half an hour here, this café is always so crowded!

As we were quite full, we just ordered their famous pandan pancake, everyone just get one tiny piece =(. It was not bad, but not really WOW…. Hmmm I probably will skip this café if I need to wait on my next visit. There are many new and nice café along Jonker walk, why would I stick with Daily Fix when it did not really fix my dessert craving?

We did not stay long; it was quite stressful hanging at this cramped place especially when you knew there are many people waiting for your table.

We continued walked around this historical town before the night fall when we need to dress up for the wedding dinner tonight.
