Saw this banana in my house, is a love shaped banana and also 2 in 1 banana XD
Would like to share you some of the good baking i done for the past week.
Alfredo, my company export sales representative gifted me this patisserie after he done with the marketing photo.
This dessert was surprisingly good, ever thought he actually using all products from Bakels!
I dont really like Bakels' cake product, they are all too sweet, but i think the baker was really expert, he used the combination of filling, crust and mousse cake and bake such a nice dessert.
And look at this, i couldnt believe I able to pipe such a beautiful rose cream!
The one i piped was on the left, while the right was done by the new joined sales representative.
Then, the cake decoration sessions still ongoing in baking class during weekend.
Baked a black forest cake yesterday~
Then today, baked chocolate mousse cake! Yummy~
But the decoration using cocoa powder on top of the mousse cake was done by the staff in the institute.
This cake was really delicious!
Also baked a very rich chocolate garnach cake! Super dense!
I also had a catch up with Bean just now at Coffee Origin, felt that their food had dropped quality....
Even their waffle was also not as good as before, but I guess for cafe in Klang town area, is considered not too bad.
That's all for this week, 2016 is counting down....looking forward for the coming weeks.
