Recently all of the movie airing was sharing the similar message --> we all can be our ownself, and we can dream what we want to be

I think this is a good trend, or mayb all movies had been educating this message just I found out recently =S

Oh well, but I couldnt deny <the Jungle Book> is a good movie and I received the meassage very well.

Thanks to Ivy, I only found out the childhood story had been placed to the big screen and with all the excellent 3D effects

I could not recall if I readed the book or watched the cartoon, but I knew the plot just not sure if the animal was right. lol

You can find here for the story plot, the cast were selected perfectly, the little indian star was really cute and has amazing acting skill.

Scarlett Johansson's voice casted as the snake - Kaa also impressive, well, she has a sexy voice!

The movie had highlight lots of important message, not just bringing the be-yourself message but also hinting the relationship between humanity and nature

It was actually kinda scary how those animals viewed our human creation - fire as "red flower", and the impact of Mowgli bringing the flower to the jungle.

Just a single drop, the whole jungle was destroyed.

Thanks to the elephant, the nature was saved, at least the elephants save the guilty of human.

It is also amazing to find out how the author/director described the elephant as the creator of the jungle~

The jungle somehow also representing the society, and Mowgli, the "human cub" was taught to become a wolf, and banned to use "trick" that man kind could develop, but failed.

He was hunted by the tiger, Shere Khan, and decided to leave the wolves and back to the human village as told by his "mentor" - Bagheera, a black panther.

However, in his deep heart, he knew that he want to stay in the jungle, at the same time, he want to be a man.

Thanks to Baloo, this is the character I love the most in this movie. He told Mowgli that:"  They want to send you to the man-village? I say, you can be a man right here! "

Exactly!! That's right, the society always want us to be 'someone', but why couldnt we be ourselves?

Baloo is very funny, he kinda 'used' Mowgli to get the honey he dream for ages, and was impressed with Mowgli's trick, then he also recognized Mowgli's talent and skill.

Don't you think that's just like how a boss found his/her best workers!? lol....but surely Baloo is a good boss because he acknowledged Mowgli's skill and not forcing him to be 'someone' in order to survive in the dangerous jungle (society).

Aren't we always wear amask to cover our real self in order to survive in the real world? Why can't we be ourselves?

Yes, the jungle is not safe, but it doesnt mean we couldnt survive with our own way~

That's what the movie telling us, we would face lots of challenges, different types of animals trying to frame us, to kill us, use us, but it doesnt mean that we have to stick with the old ways~

Thanks to the Producer and Director - Jon Favreau, he really did a good job on incepting the message of protecting nature and also he actually changed some of the character from male to female because he thinks the original script is too male oriented (bravo!), this include Scarlett Johansson's Kaa character.

Good to know the childhood story was being told in such good ways =)
