Kickstart July with the shopping goods from Taobao, so happy to receive all these~
It had been a while since my last purchase with the China online brand, I bought 2 Chinese author – Lost 7’s sketch books. Then the rest are washi tapes and stamps =P
Some food photos as usual:
Steam cockles and noodles for dinner.
Bee Peng bought this from her neighborhood bakery, so yummy.
Jay Chow’s branded chive prata, haha is nice but just a little pricy.
Some random game I encountered when I printing my photo using Fujifilm self-machine.
I have date with Kelvin in July too, we went to Sunway Pyramid for movie, and have lunch at Sanook.
It had been a while, ruby drink. I miss you =)
Their green curry not bad too.
Pad Thai was a little too oily and sweet though.
This fushion sushi is tasty! Very creative ~
I also tried out the purple rice yogurt drink as recommended by Yi Mei, from Chizu. So indulgent!
Another random snack from Simple Life. =)
Curry fish head with vermicelli~
Poi Yee went to Japan early this month too, look at the souvenir she brought for me =)
July marked a career advancement for me as I have chances to attend 2 trainings, 1 local and 1 in Singapore.
The local training including a buffet lunch =)
Food was alright….
But the training in Singapore have better offer, we got to live in a nice hotel, at Hotel Jen Tangelin by Shangarila!
First night dinner at Royal plaza, we got a buffet dinner, apparently is well known with fresh seafood. Food was not bad though.
Breakfast provided by Hotel Jen is also very nice.
Meanwhile, I also have a secret interview during this trip with my future company. Yep, my career advancement is not just with those trainings.
Another Lunch box provided during this Singapore training.
Check out the latest IG worthy spot – Jewel at Changi Airport.
First Pokemon store in South East Asia!!
This is crazy!!
So wish to bring you home!
Then we walked to Terminal 3 from Jewel.
Last dinner in Singapore before we went back home.
The special show at Changi Terminal 3.
I guess I will have many gatherings starting from this month onwards, first was with Carlyn at the catcher in the rye café.
This café is the counterpart café of Wild Sheep Chase café, where I never been to.
Food was not bad.
There is even a unique ice cream, with Nijom Pek Pa Gou, the familiar HK herbal cough medicine we used to have since childhood.
Their famous souffle no doubt still highlight the dish of this visit.
More postcards received this month! Thanks Shoei Yeou~
Chatto -time with my Kok Chin and Ing Bean.
Have dinner with my brother when dad and mum have their dinner plan~
Outing with the crazy madness group, at Fei Fan hotpot, we waited for almost an hour to get a table.
Apparently, their fish cake, fish ball, and shrimp paste are all hand made.
Dessert following after the hot pot at the best bingsu at town – Hanbing
Another catch-up with Carlyn at the mall, we had Kyokchun for lunch followed by snow flakes for dessert.
I also met up with Karen yesterday at Bangsar after ages, we had brunch at VCR café.
Their hotcake is not bad,
But I still prefer the fried chicken with potato waffles.
Then, we also have this delicacy at Namelaka Patisserie. Thanks for the recommendation, Karen.
A very creative and refreshing masterpiece
Brilliant~
You may have wonder why I had so many catch up this month, well, I am official leaving my job and I am heading to Singapore for future career.
It was a very big and struggling decision, but I have decided to do so as I see more opportunities in Singapore.
Of course, my future company is the main reason as they provide me with a good package which is hard to reject.
Well, I am looking forward for the new chapter in life, yet I am really sad to leave my sweet home and lovely family & friends behind.
Hence, I will really treasure the time remain in Malaysia before departure as I still waiting for my visa to be approved, then I will tender. Another challenge, lol.
