woohoo, i achieved another 'first-time-task' again! - ten pins bowling...
haha, perhaps u will think i was so late to explore it...well i admitted i was pretty laid back
i never have chance to play bowling, well, i kinda 'gave-up' the chances i must confess
i nearly have the chance during pre-high school period, but i viewed bowling as those games for ppl who dont study...
well the concept was built as most teenagers who jobless or dont care about study do hang out a lot at those bowling places
yup, i was a 'nerdy-mummy-girl', of cz i never let myself involved in any 'bad kid' activity =S
alright, that was before, now i have totally a different view!
tho i knew the quote: never judge a book by its cover, i did judge many things in life which i never willing or afraid to try
today was a good try-out and i did have a lots of fun...and if i dint try it, i would never knew i like it
even tho i might end up dont like it, but at least i tried, and there is no-harm (at least for bowling)
never knew we required to change those shoes specially designed for bowling...
according to wikipedia, the bowling shoes are designed for players to 'slide' while bowling and also allow them to 'brake' as well
i changed the shoes twice because even the normal size 6 i used to wear was too big for me!
eventually i gt downgraded to kids size! - SIZE 4!!
the ball is heavy, even the lightest one!
Well, i guess i have no choice, but i was still capable to hold it =P
i was sucks at the first game, my scores was just inconsistent...and i even made a very shameful mistake!
lol, even now i still think it was super funny - i was trying to roll the ball down along the lane, ended up my hand was driven by the gravity of the ball, and i delivered the ball backwards....lol XD
everyone was laughing out loud, and just speechless too...lol
anyways, but i did a 'spare' after the awful delivery!! woohoo~
I think i found the 'feeling' eventually, and attained a little skill, lol
and i was praised with my 'unique and mysterious' delivery skill, my colleague, ping said the ball i delivered actually 'spinned'
the reason they thought it was mysterious because i actually got a 'STRIKE" in the second game!
It was unbelievable to me too!! Most ppl were not able to believe it too, haha...
I think i had done a good job as a first-time player, i improved from 38 in the 1st game to 53 score in the second game!
Ok, it's not high score, but i am impressed and confident now! I think i could do better job for coming games~
Not sure when will be the time, but at least i am not going to reject bowling now =D
