I think people who followed my blog would have realized I had been going to gym since March and working very hard on my diet, but at the same time struggling as I am a foodie.

Well, I actually was losing motivation and interests to gym lately, I blame the cold weather and my painful knee. Body –step had been hurting me, I had this old injury on my right knee since 2008 at Dunedin. I have been recovering on and off, as I am a clumsy one, and easily triggered the pain on and off.

Tonight is the les-mills classes relaunch night, all types of the les-mills class will be introduced for average 15 min for each type. I had been interested on the body jam long time ago, as it is a dancing class, and I really have strong interests on modern dance.

Therefore, I gone to nearly 3 hours les-mill classes today! Pheww, it was not that hard as I thought. Yes, my legs are screaming and soaring, but it’s really worth! Body Jam is so interesting and I will definitely join it. Besides, I also discovered some other classes such as Body Attack, CX world are also quite fun!

So at least I have no excuses to not attending my les-mills classes aye? Come on, Vivian, you had paid nearly NZD300 for that!
