I have done quite many great things today, haha, confident enough to say so.
Well, finally is my presentation at the paediatric research meeting today, although I was only “allowed” to finish my presentation in 10 mins (said Sergey), but I was happy to be able to finish it on time.
With my original fast speaking speed, I have no longer need to worry to finish my speech on time. Well, even got my tongue twisted as I spoke so fast, and glad that everyone understood what I was talking….
This time, even myself got convinced with my presentation, I guested I must in order to convince others right? Thumbs up Vivian, now move on to next milestone!
I was having a few compliments today from the team and the other team, so proud of myself!
Didn’t feel bad for having 2 slices of Sergey’s lovely made apple sponge cake, it has apple slices in it, made it so wonderful! I deserved! =P
And another achievement tonight, I finally told off my flat mate about the annoying hot pot night she had last week. We hold a flat meeting for the first time, and I felt relief now, as least we brought out the respect issues and internet problems.
I was happy my flat mates were mature to solve problems, no argue or quarrel just now. Hope this peacefulness last. I do hope so, as I dint really complain just now, I think I am those people who prefer peacefulness, so I was kind enough to tell her to bring her friends next time, with a reminder in advanced although I didn’t really prefer her friends coming.
What could I say? I am soft-heartened person, with a peaceful heart, hahahaha (too much….= =), so I deserved a facial mask tonight (not meaning I am wearing a mask ya, I am not those ppl!)
