Jessie finally decided to pay Malaysia a visit, nah....just happened to be she representating her company to join the Internation food exhibition at KLCC few days ago.
Her company set up a booth among the 500 booths, and I think her company is selling supplements.
I actually had met up her few days ago, because I also representating R&D department of my company to find out any potential supplier in the exhibition.
So we met and have dinner, and that night was so struggling because I had to make an important decision for my career.
Well, is all past, I had decided to leave my current post, and looking forward for the unknown future ahead.
Back to Jessie, she extended her stay in Malaysia up to tomorrow, and we also met another lady, Wei Fong, who used to hang around with Jessie a lot when she in NZ,
So I was invited by Wei Fong to stay with her and Jessie in her house in Cheras area, because Jessie had checked out this morning,
Hohoho, I am having a sneak out this weekend~
We went to Genting Highland this morning, the last time I was here maybe was 9 years ago and I am not kidding.
Never been to Genting since I back from NZ, because the theme park up there was still under construction, and I am not interested in gambling.
Most importantly, no one around me interested to go there ==
Actually I been tempting to go Genting because it would be chilly and fun to hang around on the top hill.
Before we arrive on the main Genting area, we dropped by the famous Chin Swee Caves Temples (清水岩廟), I couldnt believe here had transformed sooooo much!
I used to come here with my family everytime when we visit Genting Highland, and I remember we always had the vegetarian lunch here before we heading back home.
However, in my memory, this place was not that huge, maybe in terms of space, it was, but there's not much thing here.
But why I felt everything so new to me during my visit today? =P There are more exciting statue and displays here!
We explored everywhere.....
There were actually 4 of us: me, Jessie, Wei Fong and her boy friend.
Actually I am not that close with Wei Fong, I knew her through Jessie when we were in NZ.
However, there's some linkage between me and her, not just Jessie as our common friend, she actually stayed in the same room in my Palmy flat, just I moved in after she left NZ for good =)
This is nice!
I am investigating....
The weather was not too cold or hot, so it was really very comfy and nice to stay outdoor~
Just realized, the founder of Genting Highland, Lim Goh Tong also have a statue here, this is definitely new!
He is for sure the legendary. Here the words he said: God gifted us the ability to think, talk and action, there's nothing impossible if we use these abilities well.
From here also can spot Genting resorts and other buildings~
Can see the top, of cause would not miss the bottom, can spot the resort and road heading to here.
After the nice sceneray at the temple, we continued the trip to Genting resorts and hotels area.
We were thinking to have vegetarian lunch at the temple initially but found out the price really striked up incredibily, so we decided to hunt food in Genting.
We splited into 2 groups because Wei Fong's bf who is a muslim have limited food options and also picky on many food, so Jessie and I just have simple food at the food court.
I ordered this 棺材板 (Taiwanese bread bowl, famous in Tainan district), this is also my first time having this, wish i can eat the real one in Tainan in future.
My meal was not bad, at least it had a sastifying portion size while I was really starving.
After meal, we just wander around first world mall, and also gone into the casino.
Believe or not, this was my first time gone into casino, it was not like what I expecting, maybe i was thinking I would face the scenery in those movie like in Las Vegas, but in fact, I just saw lots of uncle and aunty playing different type of gambling machine. Maybe we went into the wrong casino. (there are so many casinos here!)
Then, ended up, we went to the playing centre and had basket ball match =D
I used to hesistate to play this kind of game because I was not confident and really sucks in game.
But today, I realized something, it is just a game, and the important thing is to enjoy and have fun.
Hence, I have a good time although my team dint score well.
Please dont get bluffed with photo below, Jessie was my team mate, and none of us scored 949, this was some proud record left by the magnificant one in the centre.
Hahah, lol, but I really have a good time here =D
After the fun game, we went back to Cheras and had durian and lots of good Malaysian local street food.
Too bad I dint take photos of us having those great food, but thank god Jessie also like them and digged into those yummy food we ordered.
That's all for Jessie, wish to see you again!
