It is indeed a grey day, not because is March and the grey color was chosen as the color code of dress, it is also because of the shocking news.
My 2 years superior, Karen, had decided to leave the company, which means I have losen a great mentor.
I did predict it might happen just not that soon, well, I am well awared of the company condition and knew it was not the perfect yet good place for future.
However, it is definitely a tough battlefield to attain skills and get stronger and better working profile.
I guess you got what I mean, I am not taking current job as a permanent, but for sure not think of switching job that soon.
As for Karen, I think it is a good choice for her, because she definitely deserved a better job.
So though is a grey day, let's look at the positive and bright side. I am cheerful for Karen's further step.
