Yes, how ‘lucky’ I am, or is it because of the black Friday?

Hmmm, no idea, I just know is another Friday, and is another sick day TT

So so so bad luck!! WTF, I am leaving in 3 days!!

And I went home earlier again, ohh, not because of another fever, but probably, cz it was the hay fever! Damn!

Yea, so this happened after not continuing my loraclear!? What the hack!?

How much I have to invest on these stupid things, gosh…..

Well what to do beside get myself another new pack of loraclear, and then, hehe, my Japanese appetite just rise! I went to buy myself a pack of vege sushi and another pack for lunch, then I suddenly think about having these 2 packs as my dinner instead! Haha, so…..I went to sushi house at broadway avenue, and have lunch there!

Haha, and on the way return home, I bought myself a box of cherries from the orchard fruit stall! Yeah, actually it is for home gift return to Malaysia, I will hug it on the way on the plane, lalalala~

Well, back home then, told myself have to rest and recover asap to stay healthy for my Malaysia’s holiday, and those delicious home food! Then I saw him, dragging his big luggage all way to intercity bus-stop.

Oh well, I noe is his last day in nz today, but really dunno he back at that time. Well, I dint say bye, cz he dint see me, yeah I noe I am bad.  Just can’t deny that I still hold a grudge on him, well, regardless that if he gone or not, that’s my bad habit, I am not that kind of ppl who easily forgive others who hurt and treated me badly.

Today’s farewell was organized by the person who will leave in 2 days, which is my flatmate -  uncle Geng.

Well, I guested I have no excuses to decline, and plus is his few last days anyway.

He organized a hot pot dinner for all of us, and well, I am not that kind of stingy person, I bought a bottle of pricy wine for him. It was a central Otago pinot noir~

pinot noir vs. tui beer, result: tui won! for hotpot.....

But I have no chance to taste the wine, cz qing already bought a dozen of tui beer, anyway, hot pot served better with beer….(p/s: not mentioned that he finished the whole bottle of wine himself in later days, how I knew? I saw the empty bottle in the recycle bin, man!)

And another small dessert, egg-claire ice-cream from qing….he seems having a good appetite today.

We had too much of food, and we went to vic esplanade for a short walk, and have some fun at the playground.

Unbelievable, I am sick!! Gosh, how could it be, I am going back home in 1 week, no way!

Yeah, I really dunno how, just like a sudden, I am not feeling well. I started feel cold this morning a bit before morning tea, I wore my jacket, still, COLD….

Then, I decided to go for morning tea, and was asking ping and halie if I am having fever.

No from Ping, but yes from Halie….Hmmmm, and then, the worst thing happened. I vomited! The sourness disgusting feel should come from the sour plum this early morning I took.

So being told by Sergey: GO HOME! There u go again….yea, I got this before….

Without any hesistate, I just went home directly…

And it was very sweet with Sergey, he ordered me to give him a text if I am having another vomit again, cz he was afraid that I might have infection.

Well, luckily that was just once, I am all good then, yeah, just had a short nap. I guest, I just was not recovered from the xmas + new year trip.

Anyway, cooked my poriddge tonight, I will just try my best to recover and not getting sick again.

Yeah, back to work today….oh don’t get me wrong, the yeah is not the happy “yeah”, is the yeah=yea=ya…..

Is my Paris Eiffel tower year planner notebook, I bought it from Typo last yr during xmas sale…for just 5 bucks!!

Well for the nice and cool book cover, I love it!

I also like the design of the weekly planner, although seems not much space to fill in…==

Yea, cz I dunno what will happen then? Stay or back?? Ohh, but definitely looking forward in mid January, which is in 2 weeks time!! I am going back HOME! Yessss!

My dinner tonight, finger lady bought from Auckland….=D

哎，又到了告别的时候了。。。

今早吃了砵仔糕后，就离开了。。。。

其实我也不想用一整天浪费在巴士上，所以我决定了下次再来奥克兰，除非是晚上的巴士，否则我一定坐飞机！

这次和曼祯见面真的很开心，即使在北帕认识了很多新朋友，依然觉得还是大学的好友最棒！好不舍得分别啊！

明天就是2012年的头一天上班了，好，加油吧!

I can see how NZ ppl treasure xmas, how they celebrate it so deeply, desperately....

we had a morning tea celebration!!!

and guest what!? I got 3 blocks of free cheese for xmas present from my company! yeah!!

yeah, finally nicole asked me out, haha, no la, she was busy recently for some reason, then we decided to have a "date"

We went to yatai tonight!!! Yes, I was so looking forward because the previous meal at Yatai was not what I expected, so I am looking forward for this time!

We ordered so many food, as the portion size is very small, and pricy as well....

sashimi entree...with a special japanese drink...

takoyaki....actually i really missed those takoyaki stalls in Malaysia...

unagi-don, YUM!

and we felt hungry and we decided to order this.....beef yakiniku sashimi with it special sauce....

and our dessert......Japanese mochi with ice-cream (I ordered the black sesame flavored, and nicole ordered the green tea flavored)

and look at the mochi!! Is so filling, and so chewy!!!

I really enjoyed my dinner tonight~

Such a wonderful day, so today I would like to show you the way I walked back home!

Yes, I walked home sometimes, provided if the weather was brilliant and not too hot, so today is the day!!

So this is on the way back home, I am walking along the pediastrian track, and another side is cyclist track, then highway....

I will pass by the big farm everytime, it was massey no.1 dairy farm, there's no cows today....=P

And u can see at front there's bridge, this bridge cross the manawatu river, and everytime I passed by here, it was so windy, and the car speed were so fast...I felt like i will be blew off like a kite~

This is the bridge I meant...and manawatu river underneath....and then the way to Victoria Esplandne (the Palmy garden) begins...

I found a rabbit! But this was the closest shot I could take, as the rabbit hopped away when I got closer to it.

This playground at vic esplandne is very huge, but there were too many children, so I cant take closer shots...

Palm trees?? Actually there's a row of bird cages with different unique birds around, but today too many ppl at the garden, I was too shy to take photos...haha

There's a small railway circuit at the garden, but the train only runs on weekend, and I always walked on the railway back home, it's like a short cut to me...=P

rose garden in vic esplande is huge, with different types of rose, recently I started like rose again~

and a few shots of me and rose! hehe, today the garden really very crowded, there's some ppl practicing their opera performance at the rose garden.

Then I crossed the big field, back to batt st, and back home =)

Christmas in less than 5 days, and the decorations were on since last month, but I shud have taken the photos sooner right. And actually decorations also was hanged in the lab, and around the cafe....haha, but there is too public to show in my blog.

and see ppl are having holidays!!! Well, mine actually not started until mid Jan.! And I only will see Aaron and Keri on 16th Jan for a day only. LOL

At first, I would like to congratz all my friends who graduate at Otago Uni today, u guys had done the best, enjoy ur big day!!

I am sorry I couldnt make it for u guys ceremony, hope the weather stays good and please have as much fun you guys could!!

So back to the topic, Sophie is leaving Palmy today, and she decided to spend her last few hours with me =D

Yes, as she was kinda homeless, and she need to spare her remain hours at Palmy before she hop up the bus tonight around 10pm.

Then I waited her at my flat, and we had a simple lunch at my house

yea, I offered sophie my bread, tuna, and carrot, and sophie was worried if she can eat them, sigh, the apple incident really scared her.

So what's apple incident??

It was happened in the South island trip which I dint join, Eve-anne was limiting the food, and told Sophie to have only one apple a day....

It was really funny, and ridiculous to me, well, different ppl had different view right?? No comment, but Sophie no worries, take as much carrot u like...=D

Then, we went to Plaza, and I bought so many stuffs!! This time Sophie really suprised me, I thought she was saving a lot, (a point of French would like to save as much money they could as possible...), Sophie bought a dress!!!

Me too, I bought so many things today, a bag, a dress....and I also treated some food at bean cafe for Sophie. Sophie is such a good fren that I really appreciate. Regardless of what's other ppl view of her, I treasured this friendship a lot.

She bought me a box of macarons today!!!

Pls ignored the crashed one, haha...Sophie bought this from the french cafe near I site, I only discovered they had macarons and so many french desserts at this point, really slow enough~

I accompanied Sophie to the intercity bus stop then, she is going to auckland tonight, and she forgot her small bag at my room!! So I actually ran the whole way to pass her the bag, luckily I managed to get on time!!

At this time, I really felt glad that I could do something for Sophie, at the time I ran to pass her stuff, I dint think of anything, just wanna pass her the stuff, and hope she can get it. I am so happy I did it, that's friend meant to be right?

Bon voyage Sophie, All the best in ur future, and hopefully we can meet at France one day!!

Sara will be leaving Palmy tomorrow, well she will back for few days after her trip in south island and aussie, but by that time I will be having my holidays at Malaysia.

So tonight will be the last night! =(

We had dinner at Noodles and Dumplings tonight, with Sara, Eve-anne, Sophie, Jing and Halie. I think Halie must be very happy, cz she able to spend less than NZ15 and having large portion meal. I guest in general, kiwi/maori love cheap and big meal! =D

Well, the food in N&D was alright, but of cz the others cant tell as they dint try the real chinese meal (except for Jing, I think she's easily sastified...)

It was quite shocking that Eve-anne refused to share meal with us, recently I had so many rumors about her, but I would not like to spread the news, and dont think is worthy to write these down here.

Tonight was a great night, glad that everyone enjoyed the meal, have a safe trip Sara!! Take care!!

summer is here aye?? =D

Yes, finally have my first career xmas function, really happy and excited today =)

At first I thought I might not have the chance to attend today’s event, as “I am not employed by F Company”

And I also did not receive any invitation or details about the event, but then, I think probably our new team member forgot to include me in the list…well, is just the same thought in my mind – I am easily to be left out….

I don’t expect people remember me, cz somehow I admit that I am anti-social, or I should say I am not really good in that. Well, but I really like my team, I enjoy the atmosphere in our team, and I could feel I was appreciated and respected in my team.

Therefore, I was really looking forward for today’s event. I was not expecting too much this morning as I was afraid I might have large disappointment. My attendance was not confirmed until lunch time, well, actually other members didn’t see the point why I am not allowed to attend. Probably is just being awkward that I did not receive any invitation. Thanks Alastair for forwarding me the email.

So finally I went to the event! Yeahhhhh~

The events today include lawn bowls started from 3pm at the Palmy bowls club, and home-made pizza from 5.30pm at Neil’s house!

Is actually fun if you know how to play and score, u will find the game interesting, but if you prefer sporty and resistant activity…hmmm, probably u will think lawn bowls is boring, haha just like Sergey, he dint join us today, but he went to play squash with Bert at the same place.

We played and matched in pairs, haha, surprisingly, my partner was Paul! I was not really good in sport, lawn bowls is fine for me, getting better in the end, just not really consistent in terms in result. We scored like 6, beaten by Alastair and Aaron.

Anyway, we have a great time, and I really enjoyed the game. Then, pizza time!! Yes!

I should have brought my camera with me today, Neil’s house is brilliant, amazing! He has a huge garden with many roses, and his house actually face the Manawatu river, well not a good sign if flooding (it happened last year winter, his garden was flooded). But, really relaxing in his house, no wonder Neil back his house for lunch everyday! Lovely sweet home huh?

And, I created my first pizza topping today! Haha, but not really ideal, or I should say the way seems wrong, more like decorating a cake topping, hahahahaha. That’s explained why the flavor was robust and just felt like missing something. Hehe =P

I had a medium sized pizza just by myself, actually everyone made one for themselves except Sergey. He made 2! And again, I found out even the nutrition team member is not very mindful about nutrition, processed meat was used a lot! Aaron and Sergey were like Vivian, you are eating salad!? No way….Haha, but actually they knows what they eating, and can see that Karen was shocked when she realized how high was the sugar amount in the yummy frozen yoghurt. LOL

So, thanks to Alastair, I left earlier and have a free ride back home =D, was a wonderful night!

I should have spared my time in the squash club this evening, however, Esra had made a mistake, Christina booked the Massey court instead of the Squash club. Oh well, got the chance for shopping~

Yes, is Thursday night, tonight all stores will not close until half pass 9 (just every Thursday, they usually closed at 5.30pm). So I went to Wabisabi for dinner, accidentally asked for takeaway, so had to have my dinner in the Downtown food court. The unagi-don was not really impressing, but the portion size was satisfying. I just wonder where can I buy Unagi??

I did have luck today, found some nice clothes, but since I have planned for my xmas and new year holiday trip, have to save money. So eventually I just bought a beautiful summer dress~ =D

Guys definitely wont understand why women like shopping, but I totally agreed that shopping really made women happy! Yes, I was glad that I have bought something, and at least I not need face the person I don’t wanna meet today =P

Time flies, Sara is leaving in 5 days, and Sophie in 1 week. I am closed to both of them in these 3 months, we traveled together a lot, and we always have lunch, tea together. I really enjoyed the time we have, now I really feel awkward for their leaving.

We have a big farewell dinner at Sophie’s flat tonight. Many people come, which was out of surprise. Ping and I were cooking the dumplings we made in Sunday at the beginning while everyone had started eating. Well, actually I think that the food people brought tonight were not very much in terms of types and portion size, but we did have many varieties.

As I am not really used to party, especially with many people that I am not familiar. The food today was generally ok, not very surprising. I think probably the dumplings we made were the highlight!

But I do very like the crepes made by Eve-anne, thin enough and match very well with home-made caramel. Everyone enjoyed their night I guest, especially Eve-anne, she was really high, haha.

Ping nearly lost her key, and I was sort of thinking she might need to call for lock service the next day, and Eve-anne and I might need to go back with Sara. Oh well, smart Eve-anne found the key under the couch, and I back home around 11pm.

What a long night…..
