Ok, I kinda make fun of the term for six-sigma, but i guess it is really pain of an ass to everyone who participated in the project.
I am lucky that I was not selected as green belt for the six sigma, but I dont mind participating in the celebration event though really speechless that I was selected to present the 6-sigma project brief.

Apparently the six sigma project had help company to save more than a million! Really?!
Not that I want to doubt the progress or efficiency of the project leaders, perhaps I am just not confident about if the project could really apply on the company performance basis.
I guess that is not what I should concern for, so just tag along with the celebration and get some fun~
The theme of six sigma this year is SUPERHEROES, so all the project leader actually had chosen their roles as one of the superheroes and also dressed up in costumes and act as Superheroes~
Superheroes decor also spotted in the presentation room, why iron man? Because he was chosen as best representing person that well use of six sigma project tools....
I was in charging of the presentation to briefly introduce the first stage (Define) of six sigma project, and received good feedback from GM too @@
Actually I am confident on presenting, though I said I was nervous and scared, but the accumulated presentation experience in Fonterra actually helps a lot~
Even the presentation banner also designed by myself, and I also helped to prepare the photo booth materials~
Basically my team did a good job~~
The event was successful, everyone was happy because basically we got 1 day free of jobs~ =)
