Begin March with good food, have this awesome ramen at Ippudo, Sunway Pyramid with the crazy madness group.
I also finally visited Family Mart for their famous tom yum fish cake.
I tried this before when visited Nancy at hospital, but not having them all by my own. Since then, I have falling in love with this!
This shitake mushroom crisp is so delicious! This was given by my cousin, she bought from Sydney~
March most important highlight is the Bakels roadshow, there are so many nice cakes~
We had a rehearsal the day before the road show. Gathering at the mixed rice shop before departing to Starhill Gallery KL, the venue of the road show.
I took this while sitting at Poi Yee’s car.
Our road show took place at the top level of the hotel, this was also my first time been here.
This is the R&D section~
My developed product – Japanese cheese cake.
All the preparation paid out, what a great show!
Hao brought me to a Japanese restaurant close to Atria Mall to celebrate the success of the event, food was yummy.
I also met Karen this month, we have poke-bowl at the fish bowl.
Food was quite good, just a little pricy.
Chatto is still as good as it is.
Another important date of the month – Maz’s wedding and Fami’s wedding, 2 weddings in one day, must be a good date.
I did not get to take photo with Fami as we were rushing to Maz's wedding and Fami was busy with his ceremony.
We also celebrated Jia Chyi birthday this month, thanks to her suggestion, we finally leave Klang, this time we had dinner at Taman Paramount.
We had shoduko’s Japanese curry rice for dinner, portion is huge!
Their pudding is good too!
Then, we went to Kakigori next door, hooray! I finally come here!
The green tea roll cake just as what Chyi described, felt like dancing everytime she had the cake, taste awesome!
Carlyn also has finally come to Klang to visit, I brought her to bkt for sure, followed by afternoon tea at Seraph Awaken.
I love this café, although there is no air-conditioner, but really like how they utilized the historical shop and down-to-earth décor.
Not many options for me as I am not coffee-drinker, but they do have non-caffeine drinks and cakes from BlackStone house apparently.
The avocado cheese cake was not bad, but I doubted I will order their cakes again.
Maybe I am biased, cakes from Blackstone cake house apparently are not that fresh.
Souvenir from Korea, thanks Janet, my GM! She said this is an appreciation for the road show =S
Visited Next Chapter: the owl café at one city with Shoei Yeou and Jennifer, I like here as this location has much less people.
They actually did good job for creamy based pasta, waffle depends on people, personally I still think their waffles are not crispy enough.
Jennifer also gifted me a small pack of stationaries
I realized I have many events this month, Pek Shan also hosted a house warming party!
We had so much fun~
Pek Shan baked the pizza, and also grilled fish with her special curry sauce brought all over from Melaka.
Water melon juice with rice wine, what a brilliant idea! Thanks derrick!
I also went to Matta fair for the first time with my family. Parking aint easy, super crowded here!
Mum and I have bought a travel package with Apple travel this time, we are going Hokkaido in May!!! Hooray!
Look at the stuff I brought back from Matta fair!
Dad will not follow because he said he would be busy =.=
We had rakuzen Japanese for lunch. KL standard is better in terms of the freshness of the raw fish
I also had met up an online friend this month, he suggested going to the National Planetarium after lunch.
Well, KL is somehow far to me, so I actually arrived at KL central way earlier, and I even went to watch the movie <Us> by my own!
Lunch was a kebab from Stuff’ed. Taste was ok, but the movie was good.
There’s nothing much at the National Planetarium, I think it is way too small, and nothing much to see.
Then he brought me to the National Monument, this is eye-opening.
I always see this statue from TV or history text book, but this is really the first time I see it.
As mentioned earlier, March have so many events.
Yi mei wedding is also happening this month!
I have also broken my principal being a bridesmaid for more than 3 times, just for Yi Mei.
This time the theme for the bride maids is sporty! Because both bride and groom knew each other from the basketball court.
This is so cute!!
The “food” we prepared for the gate crushing game, I fried the doughnut using my company shelf life test samples lol, and injected wasabi in it. =O
At the gate crushing....
Then is time to catch the bouquet~
Dinner was on the same night, tiring….
I also have great catch up with Wai Ee, she brought me to this Indian fine restaurant, Flour, at Damansara Height~
The mango lassi is so good!
So as the meal!
The nasi biryani with tandoori, omg, delicious!
I also had tried out jogging another path from Taman Rakyat this month.
And have very fun time with my niece, Loey.
So cute!
That's all for March, what a happy month!
